Effects Side Sizodon - 3.5 Yr Boy

my son is 3.5 yrs old. doctor says he has global developmental delay. he has a habit of chewing lower lip, not all time, but if he chews the lip he will be ideal and does not lesson. now doctor ask to give him sizodon .25ml daily night. does it will affect his health or have any side effect. his weight is only 10.8 kgs now.

His social behavior with other children is ok. but not much as other normal child.
