ive been taking alprim for six days now was meant to get period on sunday but i havent could that be a side affect please helpp as iam worried

well today i got alprim from my doctor iv had it before hand. Though this time i had 3 alcoholic drinks before i took it. Now i can even sleep i have to be on the toilet because it feels like something is stabbing myy vagina.
