Effects Of Omnacortil

Am suffering from Bell’s Palsy and neurologist suggested me to intake Omnacortil 60mg for initial days and now it has come down to 10mg a day. My upper half of the body is filled with red spots like pimples and it pains a lot .Is this the side effect of Omnacortil .If yes then in how much time it will be recovered and is there some precautions that is should take to reduce this effect

Hi, Chirag! Sorry about the problems that you're having.

And yes, Omnacortil contains the active ingredient Prednisolone, which is a steroid class medication and it can cause acne and other skin reactions as a side effect.

Even I have the same problem(bells palsy)..after taking omnacortil tab..i have got kind of pimples on my face and also both side of my trunk..but I am done with the dossage ..but still these pimples r not subsided ..how much time will it take..to get cured from these rashes??
