My father was prescribd carb-levo in a reltively small dose. He takes it in the morning and seems to get veru sleepy from it. Is drowsiness a side-effect?

i took 1 tab 25 - 100 mg 3 times a day. it was increased to 2 tablets 3 times a day. my skin is now itching like i have
