i have been using this s**t (phencidyl syrup) for the last 16 years...till date i am using this thing but its enough now and anyhow i have to quit this. pls guyz pray for me that i could have come back to the normal life...

i have stopped for 3 month dis cough syrup i used 2 also add 12 joints or 2 make ma feelings grow more n last long da whole but i was determind dat i will stop n i did i dnt smoke weed n i dnt drink beer as well n also phensi cough syrup u its all about yr self i was thinking dat ppl who cares abt me i m cheating wid dem n i was losing ma personality as well when i recognise dat is all abt in u u dnt need 2 go rehab ot detox first i had pain no sleep den i had stomach bloat because i stop weed n i didnt feel hungry but still i didnt give i thought i need 2 normal like others n i still trying n i m happy i did hopefully insallah i wont smoke or have cough syrup may be 2 or 3 beers gud enough for da other i had i feel gr8 its like brand new caR coming from da show room

I am taking corex cough syrup since last 3 years while coming to work i work the night shifts and just to enjoy my workplace i started taking this because i cannot get along with my staff much so after taking corex i like listening to music and be in my own world but now i think its getting too much cause i don't sleep for days. i work in a IT Dept in BPO and i cannot think like before and react quickly with technical issues, Please give me some suggestions to quit this habbit.

im suffering from cold and cough from one month...i take phencidyl cough syrup,per day i take about 2 bottle of this syrup...from last one year or more than that..i want to quite taking it....but i dont want to go to REHAB or DTOX or something what should i do?!?!?! plz let me know

This is really an issue you need to discuss with your doctor, most medications are processed by the liver, and only they can help you decided in the benefits outweight the risk.

Going back to drinking, later, will just end up causing more damage.

Are you following your doctor's instructions for medication usage?

Can phencidly cough syrup and ativan 2mg harm me more because i am having chronic hepatic of the liver.

I am suffering from chronic liver hepatic i have completely stopped Alcohol, but addicted to Ativan2mg and corex cough syrup ,can i be more harmed by this medications ?

Right know i am sufering from chronic hepatic ,i have stoped alchol but i still take Ativan 2mg and 100 ml of phencidly cough syrup everydayas far for chronic hepatic iam on herbal treatment which is getting cured, but my whole body itchs and i get ,chronic constipation, depression and Axienty i want to quit Ativan and phencidly and after two months i want to continue alcohol in limit but i still want to know every thing about this disease?
