My husband is phensedyl adiicted and also he takes 2 vasograin for day,when i ask he will tell tha he left,but i can make out that,he will be always quite,always sleepy,keep on drinking water,pls help me in this....not intrested in family,relationship,sex

I will gratified on you if please let me to know that how could i be able to safe and sound from this phensidyl poison. Cause I'm with the toxin since 2004 to onward. I am entreating your kind attention please let me to know the secure way & how could i be able to fear from this toxin.

I am using phensedyl syrup for more than 10 years almost daily and also Smoke 10 or less cigarette . .
Now i want to leave that habit but i dont know how . Because if i didnt use that i feel very tired sleepy very depressed head ache and also loose motion etc.. Is there a way to be clean without going to any rehabilitation centre or i had to go there get admitted and take treatment . I also used to take Alprax tablets 1 or 2 and also Grass -once a week or 10 days . I stopped the above two few years back . Though i think i can leave this also my body is giving problem like loose motion head ache feeling sleepy getting depressed . Im married and my son is studying 1st Standard . I dont know what to say more . Few days back i told my wife this problem and she didnt want me to go to any rehabilitation centre and saying God will save you-when you feel like getting that syrup just think of our son and herself ... and so on..
Can anyone please guide me the way to get rid of that idiotic syrup ...

hi i have been using using codeine cough syrups for the past 7-8 yrs. i have seen my performance graphs go down the drain drastically. i want to put a full stop to all this s**t now and lead a normal healthy life. i assure my full co-operation and devotion, somebody please guide me through this. i will always appreciate my rescuers efforts, and won't let them down ever.

i think you should take a medicine. and the medicine's generic name is sartraline inn 25/50 mg per day. after breakfast. when you get one doge's of medicine you have not interest to take a smoke. i dot know where r u from..please contact with me of fb or mobile....

leave the place, or the city or the country if possible.

or better go to a country where its banned.

stay away long enough to forget, like 2-3 years.

I understand your problem first let me tell you its effects,,besides a brain damage it causes constipation which may lead to ulcers which can take serious turn..You can quit it by gradually reducing the dose for 7 days and can then later on switch to little amount of wine or whisky, which you can quit later as it is much easier to quit......Go ahead.

reduce the dose to half for 7 days then further reduce to half ie one fourth of a bottle for ten days...Now have this reduced dose every alternate day.....if you succeed in this you are ready to quit...now switch to a little bit of wine or 90ml whisky as an appitiser.....By following my advice you will quit in 20 days without much pain.....

I've been doing Phensedyl since 1978, am 50 years old, it has caused me enormous damage, and would like to stop but to have to face these consequences after all this time is impossible without a tonic, so what a catch 22
