My doctor prescribed tryptomer 10mg with meveberine for treatment of undiagnosed abdominal pain which is getting severe since last 6 months although USG and blood reports are normal. Would these medicines work or what could be right diagnosis procedures?

My gastro doctor has suggested me to take tryptomer 10 my for stomach heaviness. Is this medicine helpful for me.
