Effect Of Trust Pills?

may masama po bang epekto ang pag inom ng trust pills? medyo masakit po sa ulo kapag morning ko iniinom, pag gabi nman po, hrap ako mtulog.. totoo dn po bng tumitining ang pills sa matres? sana po masagot nyo! thanks!!
