Ecosprin And Its Effect For Pcod

hi, i have PCOD and i had a miscarriage earlier in the 6thweek as per lmp. I am preg again and now i am 6 week 2days. this time my gyno has advised me ecosprin75 along with sustain (progestrone). can u tell me how it helps in keeping my pregnancy. also i had a usg which dint show a foetal pole or heartbeat. i have been advised to take another usg after 14 days. please help. i am scared.
