Econorm For Intestinal Amoebiasis

Should econorm be taken or must be taken for intestinal amoebiasis? I am very prone for amoebiasis, as soon as I drink water which is not boiled or plain even uv treated I get infected. I am very much sick of this problem while others of my age/my acquaintances do not. What is econorm used for and is it a 'must' to take it? One more thing, does this econorm prevent you from being constipated? I think that's why the docs are prescribing it? Please advise me. I'm waiting for your reply. Thanks.

You can't be so sure about amoebiasis. Amoebiasis when causes symptoms it gives severe pain and diarrhea. And secondly, asides this is not a medical advice and i don't ask you to follow my words i am just sharing my own experience. But i would say that econorm is good for gut and it is good for curing gut infections too. I used it and felt fine. It didn't produce any side effect in me. I would love to answer your further questions.
