Both Methadone and Klonopin can cause central nervous system depression, so when they are used together, you have to watch out for signs of a slowing pulse/heart rate, breathing and etc.
This does not mean they cannot be safely used, but a dosage adjustment may be needed and they should always only be used under a doctor's supervision.
