Gomcillin - Used for: Treating infections caused by certain bacteria. It is also used with other medicines to treat Helicobacter pylori infection and ulcers of the small intestines. Gomcillin is a penicillin antibiotic. It works by killing sensitive bacteria.

Pharmacology: Inhibits bacterial cell wall mucopeptide synthesis.

Indication: Treatment of ear, nose, throat, GU, skin and skin structure, lower respiratory tract, and acute uncomplicated gonorrhea infections caused by susceptible strains of specific organisms. In combination with clarithromycin and/or lansoprazole for the eradication of H. pylori. Moxatag Treatment of tonsillitis and/or pharyngitis secondary to Streptococcus pyogenes.
