Regarding the availability of Duxil (Almitrine + Raubasine) in Pakistan, details I found imply that a manufacturing company in Pakistan by the name of Servier Research & Pharmaceuticals is who makes them; so it does appear to be available there.

However, because I'm not fully aware of the laws in that country you may still need to ask a local doctor and/or pharmacy about whether or not it will require a valid prescription first.
