Where can I find the Duxil or Almitrine tablets for purchase?

From what I've read, this medication is doesn't appear to be available in the U.S., so I wouldn't know whether or not it's even classified as a prescription or OTC medication in other countries. Knowing this would reflect where you'd essentially be able to purchase them (either through your doctor or at your local pharmacy).

Some of the other countries that are listed as having it available, may include, but are not necessarily limited to the following:
Oman
South Korea
Vietnam
Greece
Pakistan

Apparently it has been banned in China, as clinical research found "little" evidence proving the drug effectively improves the cognitive ability for patients suffering vascular cognitive impairment. The drug was supposed to treat symptoms related to cognition and sensory nerve damage. I guess it just didn't end up passing its own test though.

In my opinion it would be safe to say that it has been banned elsewhere if it has been banned in China. I can't verify this, but at the same time I don't think anyone would want to take a drug that has been banned for not doing its what's supposed to do.
