Duvadilan Side Effect In 36 Week Pregnant

Hello,

My wife is 36 week pregnant and doctor asked her to take duvadilan so i need to know whether it's good to take or it will affect to baby...Also full swelling in her body so please advice whether she need to walk or need to take bed rest and what about salt?
