Duvadilan contains Isoxsuprine, it is given to pregnant women in premature labor to help relax the uterus. It is not available in the US.
I am sorry, but I do not have any other information on it.
Does anyone else have more details?

From more information that recently became available, it is listed as also being used for circulatory disorders.
Patients should be watched for transient palpitations, sudden fall in blood pressure and dizziness.
Does this help?
I am six and half months pregnant & my uterus is retroverted so that stitching can be done at the start of the fourth month and I can start taking the duvadilan 10mg. So please give advice to me regarding the side effects of duvadilan 10.
