Hi aman,

Outside of using steroids or supplements that increase your appetite, I think the safest way to go about gaining weight would revolve around what you eat on a day to day basis as well as how often you do weight lifting/strength training.

If your metabolism isn't functioning at its best, I would also consider taking probiotics and digestive enzymes to help process the foods you eat more efficiently. High intensity interval training is another type of exercise that can rev up your metabolism in a way that encourages fat loss and promotes muscle growth.
