Without any markings, I cannot possibly confirm what it is, however Suxprim from Mexico is supposed to contains Sulfamethoxazole and Trimethoprim. This is commonly prescriebed in the US under the brand name Bactrim, it is an antibiotic used to treat various types of infections.

Some common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dry mouth and diarrhea.
