Drug Name Dorvasal (Top voted first)
Updatedsmall & round, orange
Another name for the little round orange pill from Mexico, is Dimetyl Pinacolone Sulfoxilated. I don't know much about them (Organic compounds). The Clinic there gave this additional name to my cousin.
To the mother that was taking Dorvasol 3 times a day: It is my understanding this is to be taken once a day. I know no other way to get Dorvasol other than going to clinics out of the country. I plan to go to the one referenced here near the Brownsville border - Dr. DeLuna's, to get the IV DMSO treatment and the little red pills for my RH arthritis. Some of the naturopathic doc's in the US give the IV DMSO but not the Dorvasol. I have found an almost raw veggie & fruit diet helps RH arthritis but I am hoping the IV DMOS and Dorvasol along with diet will work. If possible I will post here later and let you know how this works. I plan to drive the 1200 miles from my home to Brownsville.
I was told by Dr. Corona that the Dorvasal was DMSO (Dimethyl Sulfoxide
My grandmother takes dorvasal for arthritis and swears by it. She sent some for my mom to try. Trying to research this drug is like looking for a needle in a haystack. The only thing I know is that each pill contains 50mg. of phenylbutazone, 1.25 mg of prednisone, and some sort of excipient c.b.p. I may have to take that information to a pharmacist to explain the possible side effects.

I took my father back in 1975 to the clinic in Piedras negras we arrived on a Sunday where I helped many people from around the world and around the US & Canda get out of their cars a set up their wheelchairs--some could not even open their hands to shake-- Back then a 4 day treatment cost $ 3,000.00 plus medicine in a tube to rub on joints if they became sore.. The product DMSO is used in working w/ race horses when they become lame--- The pulp is produced from trees around Bogalusa, Louisiana from certain pine trees---Back then the US didn't want this treatment coming to the US for fear it would put Dr's and clinics out of buisness because this treatment actually in most cases gave people much comfort from pain for-- a very long lasting time period. Also let it be known cause we had a room right across from the supply of medicine--guy left door open and I saw green and white boxes pf this product and on box said: Abbott Lab, NYC At the end of the treatment period those people I had helped Sunday by Thursday they were putting their wheelchairs in their cars themselves and shaking hands w/ a full grip My dad's painfree RA lasted till he passed away in 1996 from Heart Failure at age 78 There was a Dr. Chaverra there at that time Richard Conrad

I have been to Dr. DeLune in Mexico, 3 times and going again soon. You can get a 3 day treatment of 1 iv a day and all the little red pills you need or you may be able to get just the pills. His wife will pick you up in Eagle Pass and take you right to the office. Couldn't be any easier. It has made a world of difference in my quality of life. My father went for over 20 years before me.
I see a lot of these posts are rather old. I do know my sister, who originally went to Dr. Corona at the age of 16, she had been suffering from RA for a long time. It was originally discovered from surgery on her feet. By the time she arrived in Mexico she was in a wheelchair. After a treatment and a 3 day stay in the local hospital, she came back walking and was so excited she even was able to jump on the bed!!' It is a wonderful medicine that works very well. She still sees Dr DeLuna in Piedras Nebraska.
Feb. 2021 - Looking for folks who make the trip to Eagle Pass, TX for Dorvasal treatment if anyone ever wants to share hotel, car. I've seen Dr. L every year for the past 6 years and am helped by it. He has folks from all over U.S. and abroad making trip based on maps in his office. {edited for privacy}
My mother has been suffering from Rheumatoid Arthritis for last 10 years. We found out about Dorvasal from an RA forum. An RA doctor in Mexico prescribed Dorvasal for my mother. She took it thrice a day with analgesics for 4 years and we saw good results with her mobility and pain control. However lately she is complaining of dizziness, spinning motion in head, mouth ulcers, itchy skin and skin rashes, insomnia. We abruptly stopped Dorvasal because of these side effects and now her condition has really deteriorated. She is bed ridden now. Does this drug contain any steroids? Also we are not sure if the side effects were because of Dorvasal or the analgesic pain killer (Tramadol Hydrochloride) she has been taking. (She also has hypertension and high blood pressure for which she is taking blood pressure medication too) Any help will be REALLY appreciated
Upon contacting the Dr.s office there, due to her RA doc here being concerned that it was a steroidal med she was told dorvasal is non steroidal.
It is very hard to say what was causing her symptoms, it could be any of the drugs, a combination of them or it could be entirely unrelated to the drugs.
Has she been under close monitoring by her doctor?
I also have used this drug, my dad used it for at least 30 years, he died of prostrate cancer, he was 83, I don't believe that drug had anything to do with the cancer. It used to be called Debulsa I believe. I searched for it all over Mexico, The only place it exists is in Piedras Negras at the clinic. Dr. Jesus Corona invented it, and believe me they won't tell the secret. The Dr. is dead now but his nurse or assistant (?) continues to sell the drug. It does work, and has no side affects that I've ever seen or had myself. It is very expensive, it works for arthritis pain and menstrual cramps. I'd let my mother take the drug, the relief would out weight the risk.
I've been trying to get Dr. Corona's phone number or address in Piedras Negras. I have one but no body answers. Please e-mail me I need to get some Dorvasal. Thanks,
I have the Dorvasal pills
Dr. Corona in not dead, but alove and well in Piedras negras. I just left his clinic this past tuesday after three IV's and a years supply of meds. As was explained, the liquid IV is DMSO just like the little orange pills. It is expensive, but well worth it. By tuesday afternoon, the pain in mu hands was gone. The pain in my back and legs/hip is alo most gone. My feet are much better. I know people that have been taking the treatment for YEARS and are great, when before, they were bairly able to walk. One ladie lost her walker a day or two after the reatement while shopping at Wal Mart. I will return next year!
We started with Dorvasal in the family with Dr. Corona, Sr. who past away. Then with his son, also Dr. Corona for many years.
We were recently told that he is retiring - ceasing patient care and DMSO delivery in mid April 2010. I see a Dr. de Luna says; he has the pills. Does anyone know how to contact this doctor? PLEASE let us know. This mexico prescription WORKS for us.
