Drug Interaction Atripla Chantix

I would like to know symptoms and side effects of taking Chantix with the HIV medicine Atripla; both have a lot of psychological side effect warnings and I want to know if it's worth the risk to take both of these together or not...

I do not know the effects of taking these drugs together. However, I can tell you 1st hand that Chantix -in myself and 2 others I know personally- was a Rx for personal and friendship relationship disasters. IMO they should change the name to "Antix" b/c of the way it will turn a loving individual into a unreasonable hateful being. We stopped ch-Antix and used the e-cig system to stop smoking and still keep friends...

I did not find any problems, or interactions listed, but there is no way to say how any given medication may affect any person that takes it.

The FDA does warn that you may experience more severe side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, and drowsiness.

Patrcik, how are you doing, now? E-cigs are not proven to help with smoking cessation. Personally, I haven't tried it, so I can't speak to its efficacy.

Can anyone else chime in on how it has worked for them?
