Major Pharmaceuticals lists the tablet with the 44 189 on it as containing 25mgs of Diphenhydramine, which is sold under the name Sleep Tabs, it is available over the counter. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including drowsiness, dizziness, and dry mouth.

M.g. that tablet contains 60mgs of Pseudoephedrine, and 4mgs of Chlorpheniramine, it is most commonly used to treat allergies. The FDA lists its side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and insomnia.
