Drs That Prescribe Methadone In Rockford Illinois
UpdatedI am curently on methadone/xanax at crusader clinic in Rockford illinois. Due to my P.a. not properly reading my charts it looks as though I have 4-5 drugs shown in urine test that my dr /pa did not prescribe. So I am being taken off methadone and xanax for chronic back pain. Can my pain management provider who has a private practice take me as a client,or do I have to get a Different M.D since the one I have is dropping me.
