Neurologist finally said it neuropathy resulting in a drop foot. Drop foot not curable. Will need to wear splint.. Will Mentanx help me get a normal gait to my left foot?

The FDA classifies Metanx as a medical food, it is contains a variety of nutrients, such as B vitamins, that are believed to help with nerve health and function. Since it is a supplement, the only reported side effect is nausea, in some people.
As to whether or not it will help, there is really no way to say, the only thing you can do is try it and see.
