Can any of you who have received their Drixoral from Canada share the time they waited for delivery, which pharmacy they used and the cost. This would be very helpful. Thanks.

I have been purchasing online from Amazon for around a year now and have had no problems at all. Drixoral is the only product that works for me and Amazon is great to order from because it gives me their buyer protection. Delivery takes around a week, sometimes faster if I contact the seller and ask for a rushed order.
I've ordered Drixoral from CanadaPharmacy for years. Never had a problem. Generally takes about 1-2 weeks to arrive from overseas. One thing to be careful about is the credit card you use. My Bank of America card suddenly showed a foreign transaction fee of $1.50 (that is their fee, not Canada Pharmacy). Another way the banks get you. I switched to a Chase card and no fee.
Meth labs was the excuse but the truth from my doctor is that the FDA was forcing Schering Plough to run their product through the current testing and certification process which would cost millions. It wasn't worth it to them so they started moving it outside the USA. Our wonderful healthcare overhaul government now forces us to try and buy this product from foreign countries with no U.S. manufacturing control at all. Exactly how did our government protect us? Has anyone heard of a reduction of illegal drugs? Of course not, they will get illegal drugs no matter what. It is the rest of us allergy sufferers that pay the price for our government's ignorance. Please write your congressman and ask they why Drixoral isn't in the new healthcare overhaul for middle Americans!
I've ordered from northwestpharmacy ... only took a couple of weeks. Just placed another order, will try to post the results.
I have used Drixoral for 25 years. There is no substitute for its formlation and if it is necessary to provide thur perscription to control it, then so be it. The product is needed. Get it together.

It has to do with business practices, not being mean to their customers! Drixoral contains Pseudoephedrine, which is used to make Meth.
To cut down on people buying it in unlimited quantities, there types of medication have been moved behind the counter at US pharmacies and the amount you can purchase at once has been limited.
In order to keep their products out on the shelves, were consumers can purchase them freely, most companies changed their formulations. Those that didn't and remained behind the counter have experienced a drastic loss of sales and have found it necessary to discontinue a lot of these items.
I ordered Drixoral from Canada Tuesday, July 8. I received it Monday, July 14. Works great. I just wish it was made by someone else other than Schering Plough. I don't want to support a company (in ANY way) that could be so callous and mean to it's own customers.
