If it impairs you, such as causing you to feel drowsy, high, dizzy or etc. then it could be considered driving under the influence. That is why most such mediations carry warnings that you should not drive or operate dangerous machinery, until you know how the medication affects you.

The FDA lists this as being a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
