First, to clarify, this website is not affiliated with Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, this is an information only website that does not manufacturer, or prescribe any medications.

The difference in the size of the pill is usually just due to one manufacturer using different inactive ingredients than another manufacturer. The FDA keeps a list of substances that are considered safe to be used as binders, and fillers, for prescription medications, and a manufacturer can use whichever ones they please in their manufacturing process. The color is also up to the whit, and whim of the manufacturer, though many have tried to stop using colorants due to possible allergy/sensitivity risks.

If you aren't sure that you've received the correct medication, that way to check is to look up is by using the imprint on the medication, that is what denotes what it contains, and the dosage, not the size, or color.

As to whether or not it is a good as the others, their product has to meet the same standards set by the FDA, as all other prescription medications on the market.
