Dr In Dallas, Tx Who Will Prescribe Stadol

I had chronic (cluster) migraines since I was 7 years old. I'm 62 now and have been on social security due to migraines for 5 years. My doctor is retiring at the end of July. I've been on up to 4 bottles of stadol per month for about 6 years. Stadol and fioricet have been the only relief I have gotten. I do have to go to ER about 6 times a yeae. If anyone knows of a doctor or pain management clinic in the Dallas, Texas area please let ne know.

The easiest thing to do would most likely be to ask your current doctor to refer you to a colleague. It will be much faster and easier to get in with a new doctor that way and get the help you need.

The Stadol is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

If you just go to a new doctor asking for that, they may think that you're a drug seeker, that's why a referral would be best.

Can anyone recommend a good doctor in that area?
