Doxycycline hyclate (100 mg).

Doxycycline is a member of the tetracycline antibiotics group and is frequently used to treat chronic prostatitis, sinusitis, syphilis, chlamydia, pelvic inflammatory disease, acne, rosacea, and Rickettsial infections.
