Doxycycline is an antibiotic, it can be used to treat or prevent many types of infections throughout the human body, not just genital and definitely not just in men.

It may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, diarrhea and non-allergic skin rash.

I've taken it a few times myself, once for cystic acne that was getting infected and another time for a cyst.

I was perscribed doxycycl hyc cap 100mg for acne it says dont lie down and drink with water. It is a brown and white pill. are there any severe side effects? Can I take it while eating breakfast? and can I take it with a mulit-vitamin and a biotin pill? Also how long can I not lie down for?
