Dothiapin Antidepressant

I have just upped my dothiapin from 50 to 75 and am having trouble with loseing my appitite and feeling sick

Hello, Izzy! How are you? I'm sorry about the problems you're having.

Those can be side effects of this medication, as reported by the U.S. FDA, you may also experience seizures, stroke, abdominal cramps, diarrhea and black tongue. They are usually transient and should go away, once your body gets used to the new dosage.
