Doses Of Trinerve Forte

can I use trinerve forte (one capsule daily) for long period....like 2-3 months regularly?

I am 68 year old man, having hearing problem, the ENT doctor cleaned wax and prescribed Trinerve for 30 days. I have not started the doges. May I know your opinion.
