Dosage Strenght Of Oxycodone With Out Tylenol

I would like to know what is the dosing in milligrams of oxycodone with out the Tylenol. I take 10/325. what is the dose for that strength with out the Tylenol, as well as 7.5/325

There's not really any way to be precise about such a conversion, because a lot of it depends on the person as the Acetaminophen augments more for some people than for others. But generally there it would just a few milligrams difference, such as 10mg being equal to the 7.5/325.

However, before trying to make any changes, you should consult your doctor for your own safety.
