Dosage Of Spasmo Urolong Taking 2tablets Every 12 Hrs

I am taking spasmo-urolong 2tablets every 12hrs. Is this ok or is it better 1pill every 6hrs?

I took 1 Spasmo Urolong every 12 hours for 7 days. Went to Dr. and prescribed same for 7 days with 2 pills every 8 hours. The past 4 days I have had soft feces with each urination episode. Could this be because of the amount of medicine in a 14 day period?
