Dosage Of Ovacare Tablet

When should I start taking ovacare?
Is it day 6 or day 7 of my circle?
Battling with low progesterone and estrogen.
My last hormonal profile is fsh 11, Lh is 13, progesterone 13, estrogen 3 and prolactin 19. Today is day 6 of my cycle.
