would like to know the side affects with this drug

This is commonly prescribed in the U.S. under the trade name Cosopt. It s used to reduce the pressure in the eye to normal levels and treat Glaucoma.

Side effects may include: swelling or redness of the eyelids, light sensitivity and blurred vision.

My mother has had glaucoma for years. Her eyes sting with the use of Dorzol so the Dr. is having her try Istalol. I did some research on both and found them to be quite the same. Would you explain the most noticeable difference between Dorzolamide HC1/Timolol Maleate Ophthalmic and Istalol (timolol maleate ophthalmic solution)?

Dear sir / madam,
I 'm a chronic kidney disease, with a kreatinin of 3.88 and 64 ureum for around 1 year (as I know).
Recently, I got a glaucoma, and get timolol dorzol.
I want to know :
is the timolol dorzol will worsen the kidney ?
If yes, what must I do ?

I order my Glaucoma Meds (eye drops) from a mail provider. They used to get my eyedrops to me fairly quickly, but now it takes up to a week. It has been quite hot here in Texas lately and it has been 6 days since they were shipped (supposedly). Will heat damage the eyedrops or render them less effective? (They do not put them in cold pack or insulated pack.)

My Mom suffers with Severe Glaucoma. Her Specialist giver her drops to help relieve the pressure. Every prescription makes her eyes Bright Red and all around the eye down into her cheeks. Her eyes Burn. All her Drops have Timol in the Ingredients. Could she be Allergic to the Timol? Please Help:)
