Hello, Connie! How are you?
There is no definitive answer that I can give you, it depends on your body, how it responds to the medication and what dosage you've been prescribed. Usually, it takes a month or more, which is they TSH levels are usually only checked ever 3 months.
The FDA lists the typical side effects of this medication as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, weight changes and hair loss.
Is there anything else I can help with?
