A "diet pill" from the Dominican Republic is quite vague when it comes to searching for anything in particular online. However if it truly is a Dominican diet pill, you'd probably have to get it from the Dominican Republic directly, right?

Do you happen to have any other specific details pertaining to its actual brand name, ingredients, and/or the manufacturer who makes it?

If you could please take a moment and post back with more information relating to the questions above that would be really helpful!

Sibutramine is actually recognized as a banned substance in most countries, so I honestly don't know how anyone would go about obtaining it unless you stumbled upon a black market venue.

The reason why it was banned is due to potentially life threatening cardiovascular/heart related side effects it caused. And it would seem to me that most people wouldn't even want to take something like Sibutramine after reading about the negative aspects it has on the heart, our most vital organ. Losing weight shouldn't be this dangerous?
