Dolopar Tablet For Stomach Pain

my baby 6years old ,suffering sever stomachache can iuse dollopar please suggest me

Given the age of your child, it would be best to not give them any medication, without their doctor's approval. As explained by the NIH, it is far too easy to overdose a child, or to give them a medication that may potentially be toxic.

Additionally, this medication contains Acetaminophen, which is a mild analgesic, but it will not likely do much to help with such stomach pain.

The U.S. FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness and headache.

Is there anything else I can help with?
