Dolo N Pill Yellowish Round

I found a few of these pills they have DOLO N inscribed on them there round and yellowish if anyone knows please help

These are Dolo Neurobion pills, they contain Acetaminophen with Vitamin B1, B6 and B12. It's used as an analgesic.

The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache and stomach irritation.
