my sister took 20 dolo650 and 35 pain killers, 2 tablets every 5 mins for about an hour and she i about 60 kg of weight

DOLO-650 is reported to contain Paracetamol 650 mg (also known as Acetaminophen). This is a widely used over-the-counter analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer).

For adults, the typical maximum dosage of this medication is 4,000 mg per day - however, it is always important to follow instructions on the packaging and from your doctor! In short, you should be able to take this medication safely every 4 to 6 hours.

Dolo 650 is an Indian paracetamol It is an amazing tablet for fevers and headaches.

Due to its mg (650), it works very effectively, but more than 2 tablets/ day, will weaken the person.

It is the same..acetaminophane is the sub-chemical scientific name or its other name is paracetamol. DOLO is just one of marketing name that classified. There is some drugs that derives from acetaminophane mixed with other drugs to increase efficiency to body and depends on a person's condition. So whatever it is, just straightforward ask nearby parmacist or physician instead of asking here. But it is a good effort searching for informations. My advice, if u are not confident, ask as many pharmacists and physician as u can. If there any contraindications that doubt u, then u can ask or search.. Hope everything will be okay.

No, dolo 650 is more better and effective then aceto. ! Keep aceto. As an alternative drug against Dolo..if dolo is not available, then only administrate Aceto. !! Dolo is better

Hi,

Let me share my experience. I have a salivary gland infection. There was slight fever as well. Doc suggest Dolo650. I didn't take for two days while I was taking Biochemic 6 to get rid of my fever which was successful as well. On a third day of medication, when I had a throat infection, I decided to take this Dolo650. This erupted cough next day morning but it did a wonder as well. I got rid of cough with the help of Biochemic 6. Dolo removed the stiffness on my tongue and mouth. I wonder how. I am still on antibiotic inj. which I decided to stop as it doesn't give any considerable cure to my problem except it stopped further spreading. I have one globs each at either sides of my jaw and I look like a chip monk. I am going to take a dolo 650 to ease the stiffness on my tongue, and let me see what is going to happen next.
