Does Water Flush Valium Out Of Your System

I am drinking water. I am going to loose my daughter? I have been prescribed diazepam for 27yrs. I am 38 now. I've taken Nitrazepam for 16 years. The doctor even gave me 2mg 18 tabs when ive been on 4 x 10mg a day. I don't know what to do. I drink water and take chinese detox medicine all day, all night, anything to get the social off my back. Please help.

Hey i haven't been in your exact situation but I've gotten away with a clean benzo test after taken over 100 mg of valium , and stayed clean for a week , what u need to do is drink 6 full size bottles of water in 4 hours a day , work out hard to the point your sweating , steam rooms or saunas really help , and alot of coffe and caffeine while your drinking your water , you'll piss water about 5 times in a few hours do that for a week and you'll be ok , just be extreme with all the factors water workout sweat, and caffeine and you will be ok bud.
