Does Tramadol Show Up In A Ua?

I'm on probation and was told I tested positive for opioid. And they send it to a lab . i am on ultrams. So could that be the reason I tested positive? And if so what will it break down to in the lab? Like.. Oxy or morphine ect..?

Ultram or Tramadol is a synthetic opioid. There is a big argument as to if it is addictive or not. My doctor had prescribed me Vicodin for medical problems I was having and after being on it long term I felt they weren't addressing my medical issues as much as they were medicating them. I went cold turkey which I found out is dangerous and it was no walk in the park. I let him steer me towards Ultram and after being on it for awhile I have found when I don't take it I have the same withdraw symptoms I did from the Vicodin so I would have to agree that it is addictive. It doesn't really give that mellow feeling that most drug seekers look for in an opioid so you don't see it as strictly controlled or selling on the streets like they do. They will show in a drug screening but I'm sure if you take your script in and show them it will clear it up. Hope that helps.
