i found this pill 527 under my bed just a little while ago and i have suppected that i have been given this pill or one close to it my mouth gets dry,my eyes get real heavy and i feel dizzy ,and light headed at times

Is that the complete marking on the tablet? Can you please post back with the shape, and color?
Those can be side effects of many medications, according to FDA warnings, they may also include nausea, mood changes, and weight changes, though these are just general side effects.
Are you on any other medications?
