Does The Manufacturer Make A Difference In Ms Cotin (Top voted first)
UpdatedI picked up my MS Cotin ER 30 mg from my regular pharmacy and it's from a different manufacturer than the previous months that I've picked up. Could this make a difference in the strength or the way it makes me feel? I feel like it's stronger and it seems to make me more tired.

Yes, under the Hatch-Waxman Act of 1984, the FDA does allow generics to differ from the name brand by as much as plus or minus 20% of the active ingredient.... and generics do not have to measure against each other, only against the name brand, so it is possible that the new one you've received may be stronger than the prior one you were taking.
What other symptoms have you been experiencing?
The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth.
The new symptoms I felt were mostly fatigue, dizziness, and slight headache. They went away after about a week. And that's CRAZY what u said about generic drugs...they can be 20% stronger or weaker than one another! The next month I picked up my MS Contin 30mg, they were back to the manufacturer that my pharmacy always gets. So now I feel they don't work as well! How would I know what pharmacy carries what manufacturer? And I wonder why just for 1 month, the manufacturer was different?
