Does neurontin show up in a icare drug test for/as coke (crack)? My friend needs to know if her husband is lying.

Absolutely not. Gabapentin (neurontin) does not show up as anything in a drug test. If it had the chance to show up as anything, a benzo maybe but definitely not coke or crack. It is not considered a schedule c drug and so it is not tested for on drug screenings and will not give a false positive for anything else.

It can be tested for. I know. I just got done with a half way house. The state inmates' dip sticks, if dude was hot for it, would show up a positive. However, when sent out someone dirty on gabbies when not get a positive result. All the federal inmates' test get sent out. Those guy would take stuff all the time and nothing ever came up. Something with the women's place. Just be cautious.

No, if it is showing coke then it's coke. Sorry, but it's true. Neurontin would show Gabapentin.

What? Why would Gabapentin show up as cocaine? My pain management doctor tests for it. I took Gabapentin for years and never had a positive test for anything I hadn’t taken.
