My husband takes lithium 600mg/day and takes 4mg of Ativan per day. When his Urine test is dipped in front of us, it shows no benzos in his system. Does the lithium cancel out the Ativan in urine?

Did you ever get your answer? I'm on lithium carb and just had to take a mouth swab test and wondering what ever came of your story
