Does Hydromorphone Metabolize Into Oxymorphone

I took a recent drug test and it showed a small amount of oxymorphone. I take hydromorphone and morphine er, plus xanax. This clinic is about to have its doors locked, and I am looking for another, but i do not want to have this on my record since for 15 years I have always had a clean, or correct, drug test.
