Does Fish Oil Contain Vitamin B12

to how many % does fish oil contain vitamin b12? I am in need of a tablet which is rich is vitamin b12. Plz suggest me mulivit which is good for hair as well.

No, Fish Oil does not contain B12, it is a completely separate supplement.

And I don't know what multivitamins are available on the market there for you to purchase, but for hair health and to help with hair loss or to prevent it, you'll want to look for something with Vitamin E in it and Biotin.

Your doctor or chemist should be able to help you find something and always check with your doctor to make sure that it's safe for you take them.
