l was prescribed 6 200 mg trimethoprim tablets, l take dueloxitine could they have a mixed effect, l have been feeling down and tense

I didn't find any interactions listed between the two medications, but what you're experiencing may be due to the Trimethoprim itself, those side effects have been known to occur from the other medications that contain it, as well, such as Bactrim.
