I tried Cymbalta and it worked well for endurance and pain but not so well for depression so I had to go back to Effexor and Wellbutrin. For endurance and pain I take an Ixel or milnacipran every other day (gotten from a British source). It is an antidepressant that is supposed to be equal in enhancing serotonin and norepinephrine.
